Brannon reset two family heirloom stones in very short order, considering he didn’t have the ring mount in stock. He found it at a jewelry show, waited a day until the show was over, then he got it back to the store, reset the stone and delivered it in time for us to fly back to Florida. Outstanding service! We love these people!!

I visited the store on December 15th and met with Crystal. I explained that I wanted to have a ring made where I could put my 2 dogs ashes in. Crystal explained what they could offer and when it would be ready. I agreed and the process was put in motion, with the ring being available the week of January 7th. Crystal called me on December 22nd and told me the ring was almost ready and that I could come in to inspect prior to putting the ashes in. I received my ring on December 24th and couldn't be more satisfied or happy with the way the ring turned out.

I had a special order that I picked up on Saturday Dec 15. Although it cost less than 500 dollars I think it should of been given to me in Something besides the one inch plastic bag that the order came in.i have gotten orders before and they were always given to me in a gift bag. Disappointed on this purchase.

My husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring in time for our eighteen year anniversary. We went in for first time and had such a great experience,people weren’t pushy at all. They had to size my ring and do prong work and other stuff to accommodate a larger diamond. When I received it, I was amazed at how gorgeous the ring looked and how flawless the work looked. It was one of the most beautiful rings I’d ever laid eyes on, it was my ring but so much better. Thank you!

I recently had some engraving done on a firearm. From the moment I first called to ask if this was something they would do until I picked it up, I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I am. The professionalism I found in everyone I spoke with to the outstanding customer service I received is something I’ve never experienced before. This was somewhat of an unusual request and I only had a general idea of what I wanted. Kenneth listened to me and then told me what he had in mind. He did a fantastic job! I absolutely could not be happier with the work he did and how it turned out.

I had an expensive watch that was not working properly. I took it to Osborne for evaluation. The repair estimate was more than I could afford being retired and on a fixed income. Our customer representative conferred with the owner. I received a lovely new watch similar to the one I had and a nice check since the jeweler bought my watch. Win Win. I will return!

I went there to get a bracelet watch repaired. While I waited for the repair, I walked around the store and looked at their merchandise. They seemed to have a lot of beautiful, unique jewelry. The people that work there were very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to everyone!

I stopped in with questions about 3 pieces of jewelry that were not purchased there, family pieces that I own. It is The week before Christmas, even though they were very busy, they took the time to look at my jewelry and answer all my questions. I’m not use to such good customer service these days. On April 7, 2012, The Pet Companions Club of PebbleCreek held its 16th Annual Pooch Parade Fundraiser with a significant portion of the net receipts to go to an organization called “Soldier’s Best Friend”.
Sixty-one individuals, area organizations, and businesses stepped forward to sponsor this event by donating raffle prizes or making cash donations. PebbleCreek residents also generously supported this event by their participation in this event. As a result, $1628 was raised to support “Soldier’s Best Friend” and our animal rescue efforts here in PebbleCreek.
I would like to thank you for your generous donation of a gift basket.

Homeless Youth Connection would like to thank you for your generosity and support. Because of you, HYC is able to continue to provide for the needs of a number of young people in the West Valley that would otherwise go without.

Now that we have completed our 3rd annual invitational tournament, we were delighted with its success. Your participation contributed to that success and we want to thank you. We hosted 59 guests from 9 clubs along with 101 members and heard many positive comments.
Your sponsorship helped to provide us with the money needed to award performance prizes as well as raffle and door prizes. Your gift basket was a very generous donation.

In the past I have had a few items repaired by your jeweler and have been pleased. Last week I brought a gold bracelet in for repair. It was my thought that the bracelet would need a safety latch. The salesgirl spoke to the jeweler and on the spot the jeweler repaired the bracelet with a tension control adjustment. The salesgirl asked if I would like to have the bracelet cleaned and I replied “yes”.
Osborne Jewelers is now my jewelers of choice. This adjustment to the tension control took less than ten minutes. The bracelet was cleaned and returned to me. No charge for the repair or cleaning. I was expecting a charge for a safety latch, time for service. A safety latch would have taken away from the lines of the bracelet. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.

The only thing I regret about receiving our rings and appraisals last Saturday afternoon was that you weren’t there to see Pamela’s eyes well up with joy as I slid her new diamond ring onto her finger.
Too many times, I’d wager, you have to field the complaints of those customers whose expectations have not been satisfied. And I’d also venture that too few times you get to experience the emotional highs that your craftsmanship prompts in others.
Not so this time. Hence, with apologies for not being able to take delivery of our rings from you personally, this letter becomes feeble substitute for the smiles and joyful tears that you (and Joanne, Crystal & Jewel) fostered.
Our two rings, past home and car purchases excepted, are the two largest purchases I’ve ever had the pleasure of making.
Your integrity and quality of service helped me obtain the most intrinsic value for my money in both instances. From the craftsmanship invested in my ring’s creation to the beauty of the bezel-mounted diamond in Pamela’s ring, your artistry is profoundly appreciated. Pamela and I are proud to say that you are our jeweler, now and in the further.
